About Lisa:
- Our Family owned agency has come a long way since 1929. I believe we have stood the test of time with strong family values and a good sense of humor. We do our best to do things right and treat people fair. Our success starts by finding good people that care about doing their best to keep our customers secure and happy. Sounds Simple right? My great grandfather, the late Judge Charles Kalina in Lake Elsinore during the early 20’s, saw a need for a reputable insurance agency so he started one. Later his son-in law, my grandfather, Thomas R. Morrow, carried the torch. I learned so much from my grandfather about life and even more about service when he became my customer. Tommy’s motto was “Insure Today Be Sure Tomorrow.” It’s surprising my mom Lynn was able to convince my dad, Dave, to sell a Richfield distributorship, with beautiful trucks, to then buy the insurance agency in 1971. Dave still has a fondness for Eagles as some may remember in the Richfield logo and in our agency logo today. While Dave no longer owns gas or water trucks he enthusiastically admires the beautiful trucks we insure when he passes them on the highway. I joined the agency in 1985 and was fortunate to work with not only my parents, The Bulens, but also my sister, Tina Harding, who ran our personal lines department. Tina is the smart, good looking funny sister who figured out how to retire at an early age. Tina left a lasting impression on our agency and some traditions we still hold dear today. I feel honored to lead our family owned agency as the fourth generation. The relationships we have built with our customers, work family and carriers makes working at Bulen Insurance worthwhile and fun.
- I love Tennis and have met so many great people playing this game. (Its frustrating and rewarding depending on the day. The challenge of learning something new and improving a little at a time keeps me hooked)
- I love and appreciate beauty inside and out. I love the beauty within people, the simple pleasure flowers bring, how the right outfit makes you feel your best, fun jewelry, a beautifully set table, you name it I’m drawn to it. I love to see the face of others when they are surprised how their surroundings can make them feel at home. Because of this, if I have a free moment in front of my computer or to shop it will likely be to help someone I know with a decorating project cause it makes my heart sing.
- I love spending time with my family and friends: Married to Tom Mosby in 1987 we are so fortunate to have two amazing kids Lauren a nurse and Mitchell a heavy equipment operator. So far they haven’t joined the agency family but who knows neither of them have married yet.
